First and foremost, It has been great working with the Clevertap platform for tracking almost everything about my app.
But, lately I have come across a roadblock. I had setup the “Tackle app uninstalls” email campaign using the Clevercampaign feature, but, there seems to be hardly any email sent (2 in this case). I am sure that there are a lot more people (~1k users daily) eligible for this campaign.
But this issue is making it difficult to reach out to them.
Please provide a swift resolution for this problem at the earliest.
