Create InApp Surveys via CleverTap using custom HTML


Create an InApp Campaign in CleverTap Dashboard. In the ‘What’ section of the InApp campaign creation step, select the ‘Custom’ tab. Click on ‘Source’ and paste your HTML code there.

Unselect the ‘Source’ tab to view the InApp campaign render on the dashboard.

Finding out the Survey results:

CleverTap raises events out-of-the-box as soon as the InApp notification has been viewed and/or clicked. You can find out the number of clicks each survey option got by:

a. Go to Events in the left nav, and search for the event ‘Notification Clicked’. Filter this event by property ‘Campaign ID’ and enter the campaign id of the InApp surgery campaign. Hit ‘View Details’

b. Under the ‘Trend and Properties Tab’, scroll to the histogram section that let’s you filter by event properties. Select ‘wzrk_c2a’ as the event property, and then you will be able to view the stats for each survey option selected:
