Error in user action


How can I check what had happen to the send notification process when I had uploaded the csv and save it as draft before sending. Any a few hours later, I clicked on sent, it sent to all user instead?

I understand you have uploaded a set of user profiles through a CSV file. After that, you sent an engagement to these set of users.

You can go to Find people > users who did ‘Notification Sent’ > Campaign ID and you will get the list of users whom the campaign was sent.
