Qualifying profile is not reachable on the selected communication channel

Getting an error in the campaign and the error rate is 80% with the message “Qualifying profile is not reachable on the selected communication channel”.

I’m just using the user email as Identity and triggering a profile.push event with valid email. How do I fix this?

Hi @Vyshnavi_Samudrala,

The message “Qualifying profile is not reachable on the selected communication channel” comes up when the email communication preferences of the user has been set to “False” or the user has “Unsubscribed”, despite the users having valid email addresses.
The same can be checked under Profile -> Communication Preferences for a particular user.

To enable the same you can set flag “MSG-email” to true via APIs, CSV upload or through the SDK for those particular users.
