SMS: Qualifying profile is not reachable on the selected communication channel

In our SMS Campaign reports getting the following errors for a set of users:

Qualifying profile is not reachable on the selected communication channel

What could be the reason and the solution for the same.

Please advise. Thanks for help.

Hey @sundeep,

When you get an error ‘Qualifying profile is not reachable on the selected communication channel’ for SMS, this means the phone number of those set of users are not available with CT. Hence, the users are not reachable via SMS and you get the error.

As per the data available on CleverTap for a user, the reachability of the user is defined. The reachability of the users for different channels are:

  • Phone Number > SMS
  • Push Token > Push Notification
  • Email ID > Email Campaign
  • Device Token > Web Push, Web Pop- UP
