Unable to delete profile in test account


I’m trying to delete a particular profile in a test account on the clevertap dashboard and am seeing an error message that says: " An unknown error occurred. Please try again. If this problem persists, please contact us"

In order to delete a profile, once you mark it for deletion, it would take 48 hours for the profile to get deleted.

In any case, if you continue to face this issue please write to support@clevertap.com, for further assistance with your account ID.
